FAIRFAX, Va. – The ramp from westbound Route 50 to I-66 West is scheduled to close temporarily on Tuesday night, April 30, from midnight to 4 a.m.

FAIRFAX, Va. – Compton Road will be reduced to one lane under I-66 on or about April 29 for construction to widen the I-66 bridge over Compton Road. 

FAIRFAX, Va. - Walney Road will close between Route 28 and Cabells Mill Drive on or about May 1, 2019. Drivers will be temporarily detoured to Westfields Boulevard to access Walney Road from Route 28 through fall 2020.

FAIRFAX, Va. - The ramp from I-66 West to Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) North and South will be closed during the overnight hours beginning Monday, April 22, through Saturday, April 27, between midnight and 4 a.m. each night.

FAIRFAX, Va. – Extended daytime hours are planned for single left lane closures on I-66 East and West between the Bull Run Rest Area and Compton Road on Wednesday, April 17, and Thursday, April 18.

FAIRFAX, Va.- A new traffic pattern will be implemented on or about April 19 at the Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road)/I-66 interchange, including closing the ramp from Route 123 North to I-66 West and installing new, temporary traffic signals to allow these drivers to access I-66 West.

FAIRFAX, Va. – Overhead sign gantry removal will require lane closures and traffic stoppages on I-66 East between Blake Lane and Gallows Road during the overnight hours of Wednesday, April 10, and Thursday, April 11.

FAIRFAX, Va. - The ramp from southbound Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) to westbound I-66 will be closed during the overnight hours tonight, Friday, April 5, as well as Sunday, April 7, and Monday, April 8. The closure will be in effect between midnight and 4 a.m. each night.
