VDOT, I-66 Express Mobility Partners, and FAM Construction (the design-builder for the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project) held a live, online presentation and question-and-answer session on Oct. 28, 2020, covering recent construction progress and upcoming activities and impacts in the I-66 project corridor between Waples Mill Road and Bull Run, including along Route 28 between Westfields Boulevard and the Route 29 Interchange.
